I have to say I received one of the worst haircuts ever from Gloss. I will say she did a nice job with the color - but the haircut - THE WORST!!! She hacked away at my hair until I left with hardly anything and it was uneven and just very poorly done. I specifically asked for someone who was good with short hair. I had a picture that she checked at least 3 times. What I left with did not resemble anything close to the picture I provided. THey were more concerned (the staff that is) with what soup they were ordering and the blocked calls my stylist (if that's what you call them there) was receiving. It was ridiculous. I actually cried when I left. I looked like Mo from the Three Stooges - really bad. Stay away from GLOSS!!!!
