Provided by YP.comWorst AC people ever. Airtronics was sent to my house by AHS. The tech came home and fixed the upstairs AC and left. As soon as he left the house both ACs stopped working. icalled the company back and told them, the girl named Tiffany asked me to go and check the breakers in the garage. i told her that i'm not home and i only have my old parents and my 2 year old son home and my parents are scared to go to the breakers. She asked me "why can't they just go" i told her that they are scared to go because they are over 70 years of age. She kept arguing with me. And they scheduled me for another day. This is bad customer service. Please dont use their service.

Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. They were sent from American Home Shield. They told me one issue yet sent a different report to AHS that was not covered under the warranty. So dishonest.

Provided by YP.comThe company is not honest or transparent about costs for parts, repairs needed, timeliness for repairs/ordering of parts. We have been working with them for the past 6 months for AC issues that came up for a new commercial building. They charged over $900 for parts and service for parts that cost less than $100 and were available with 4 Carrier AC parts stores in town. The parts were for a new system and readily available but it took this company over 4 days to order, receive parts they claim had to be mailed to them, and complete the repair work. The company does not provide itemized invoices that break down the cost of parts, labor, or written recommendations for maintaining expensive commercial equipment. The receptionist and manager are difficult to work with and do not address concerns. For my building which is just 1 year old, I was given list for items that were building code violations that would take an additional $4000 to fix. When I questioned how I could have building code violations for a building that passed every building and fire marshal requirement at the time it was built, I was not given any response. To add to the frustration, they informed me the parts that had to be ordered for my AC units were not covered under warranty were indeed covered...I have spent close to $1500 on repairs for a brand new AC system in a brand new building over the course of 6 months with this company. Do not trust what they are telling you needs to be repaired or the cost of what it will take to fix tings.

Provided by YPmobileWe have used Airtronics for over 6 years, but we probably won't use them again. It took us 4 days to get to come out and see what the problem was; we needed a new drip pan. It was another 4 days before someone came out to repair, but he was too large to fit. For the next 3 days we were told we would be the first appointment the next day. That never happened. My husband and 13 yr old niece ended up fixing it because we couldn't get them outhere.

Provided by YP.comGreat, talented technicians, and awesome customer service. Not to mention I couldn't trust the technicians more. I explained to Duane, this nice young man that came out to my house that I wasn't able to spend a lot of repairs and he was understanding and told me what NEEDED to be fixed and what was most cost efficient. WOW! would never go anywhere else but Airtronics!
