WOW! This place really is 4 real. They stand for nothing less than the best and in my opinion showcase professionalism to the highest degree.

My AC unit stopped working approximately 5 weeks ago. I called Alpha 4 Real and a technician was sent out to my home the same day to assess and make a diagnosis. It was decided that my entire inside unit needed to be replaced as there was a leak in my evaporator coil.

The plan was to repair the unit through my home warranty service. Thus, the process would take slightly longer as a claim needed to be filed and approved at all applicable levels.

As I waiting for the approvals via my home warranty services, the unit began to leak water through a closet inside my home. The leak was noticed at 11PM on a Thursday night. I called Alpha 4 Real and a technician drove approximately 1.5 hours out to my home to make another assessment. At this point, I was advised to turn off the unit and leave it off until after approval from the warranty company, and parts were received and installed.

The next day, the technician called to inform me the warranty company had approved the claim and they would return to my home to repair the damage that was caused due to the leak. The technician and a painter drove back out to my home to paint the walls in the closet.

Two days later, Alpha 4 Real notified me of receipt for the parts. and that they would return to my home the next morning to install the unit. They arrived to my home promptly as previously stated and installed the unit. They took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly and functioning properly.

After installation, the technician explained to me the function of the system and what to look for if anything else was to go wrong with it. He also gave me advice about what to use to prevent clogging in the primary and secondary lines.

I haven’t had any problems with my unit since installation. My home is cool considering the extremely hot temperatures outdoors and my light bill is fairly reasonable too.

Bottom line is this – if you are looking for a professional company to repair your air conditioner or heater, I recommend Alpha 4 Real. They are a quality company and I will utilize them again. They wear uniforms and shoe covers. They also clean up all debris after the job is complete. They are courteous to, show concern for, and follow-up with their customers. Last, their prices are practical!

Pleasantly Surprised!!!!

I told a friend of mine my upstairs was not cooling off and really never had since we bought the house new in 2005. He told be to call Alpha4Real, I called and set up and appointment. They told me there was a diagnostic fee but mechanics charge diagnostic fees so I understand, no big deal. Fee goes toward repair if you decide to get if fixed with them AND in 2011, gas is just under $4/gallon, so makes sense. My appointment was schedule for 730 friday morning, I missed the call(sleep), they called me back and rescheduled to make sure they accommodated me that day. They came out, gave me possible scenarios and cost to my symptoms, found the problem, made me aware of future issues, fixed the problem, which happen to be the cheapest of the scenarios presented and had my house colder than it has been since the day we moved in.



In a service industry like this it is very easy to get taken advantage of. Alpha 4 Real was knowledgable and courteous and explained everything to me in non-technical terms. They used a catalog that match problem with a price, found my problem, showed it to me, explained it to me and gave me the price before fixing it. Never once did they just make up a price.



I am a customer for life or at least as long as summers in Texas average high 90s. I feel like I have a personal AC/Heating professional when I call them.

Alpha 4 Real have been amazing in helping our family through a tough few months of non-stop A/C issues and various contractors not properly diagnosing the issues.



They are professional, prompt and experienced. They get the job done every time and should be first on your call list for any A/C or Heating problems or service.

I have had my own electrical contracting and painting and s/r business and I or NO ONE I knew charged for estimates to bid on a job. I wont hire some one like this on principle alone. Find a reputable hardworking company to come out and look at your job for free and give them the business.

call an a/c company who said i need a new unit,then we call alpha 4 real a/c,they discover all we need is a capacitor my a/c still working i did not need a new a/c thanks alpha 4 real,you are 4 real

I did a lot of shopping around because my husband wants the Trane unit so bad, at the end of the day we got Alpha 4 Real to do the job. In less then 2hours the job is done with 10year warranties. I got the Best for less.

And i also get calls once a month just to check how my A/C is cooling. Alpha 4 Real always the Real People.

Called at 7:30 pm on a Sunday, they were out within the hour and our air was back on by 9:30. Considering we have had temperatures in the 100s for a week now, this was amazing service AND there was no effort to scam us. Replaced a part in our 12 year old a/c unit. Thank you - we will be repeat customers.
