I visit this place regularly to pick up O2. I have had questions about canulas in the past and they have helped to get a proper fit. The technician that comes to do PM on the concentrater is knowledgeable and answers questions. All of the folks that work out of this office are very caring and helpful.

I have tried unsuccessfully several times to call them. They answer from a possible overseas operation and are almost impossible to get info from. I spent 23 minutes today without a successful transfer and then don't think it was going to be here in Katy at this address.
