Provided by YP.comDo not take your jewelry here! I had a very expensive watch that my husband took to Auri's to be repaired. The face was scratched up and needed to be replaced and I had lost the piece that you wind to set the time. We were told it would take about a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, I finally get my watch and it looks like a five year old broke my watch and glued it back together. The face doesn't even fit properly and you can see all the glue underneath! The wind up piece is really bulky and cumbersome and doesn't really fit the watch at all. When we asked Auri's to make the situation right, they said there was nothing they would do. We offered them several chances to make it right and they refused. My expensive watch is ruined. Very unfortunate.

Provided by YP.comI have been doing business with Auri's since before 2008 when our business was established and I have never had a problem. We have taken gemstones and settings to Linda & Jimmie for them to set, replace and polish and never ever have we had any problems at all, excellent workmanship...not to mention we trust them with our business jewelery but I take my jewelry to him and I have never been disappointed at their service or afraid to trust them completely, infact, they have some of our jewelry from the joy l collection in their cases to sell! Don't listen to someone that just took 1 piece of jewelry to them..listen to someone that has been doing business with these folks for years!
Thank you

Provided by YP.comShould have listened to my first instinct which was to turn around and walk away. You have to ring a bell to be let in and then again to get out of the store... I took my Ebel watch in to have a link removed and to be cleaned ($54.13). The second time I wore the watch after I picked it up it the band fell apart. (Never had any issues with my watch or band before). My husband took it back in and explained the problem and was told that they would fix it and had written NC (no charge) on the receipt. When I went back to pick it up today the owner told me that even though he told my husband there would be no charge that he had to work for over 2 hours and that it would be an add'l $50 but would take $25 plus tax. So.. to take out a link and clean the band and to repair what they did $54.13 + $27.06. They were very rude and combative. At this point I would have paid about anything to get my watch BACK and get out of there. I will NEVER go back nor would I recommend this store.
