Already rented 1 unit, decided to rent another large space On April 1st, paid 1st month rent plus deposit ($440). After a Friday rain on 4/5, discovered water in my new unit. Fortunately I had only moved over 5 boxes of household items. Clint (employee) was nasty from the beginning, "You will have to store items on crates". When I expressed that was NOT reasonable to rent a storage unit that allowed water in on my belongings. I moved out that weekend, and turn in the key on Saturday night. On Monday I followed up about another unit, he expressed one in the area was not available. When I asked about the status of deposit and rent, he said they would look into it. He became angry and hung up the phone. . When I called back and advised it was rude to hang up the phone on me, he advised they would send eviction notice. I received a 15-day eviction for my 1st unit to be out by the end of this month, but I still haven’t received my $440 refund on Unit 2. I’m actually due the $440 + deposit for my original unit.
