This is a new location that opened 2 weeks ago. I love that it is near my home and I love the pleasant atmosphere. The store is managed by a man and a woman with one employee. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in the door. I was not followed around the store (this happens at other beauty supply stores) and the owners were genuine when asking if I needed help. I can't describe the peacefulness I experienced. I will be a long time customer simply because the customer service was amazing! The guy asked my permission before he offered my son a cookie. And the woman offered me free samples upon check out. Some of the items I purchased can be found at Wal-Mart but I would rather pay the extra $0.50 simply for the friendly atmosphere. I hope this store is successful and retains the current ownership. There's nothing g like a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service.
