I love Bella! I get my hair color/cut and eyebrows done there monthly, so I'm there often and I have to say they've never disappointed. I've tried out several of their stylists - all different personalities but consistently spectacular results. I need to start carrying around their business cards because I am constantly getting compliments on my hair!

When I have the extra money, they give great massages too - I'm always sad when they're over!

When I went to this salon,the employees were very condescending I went in w/ long hair and I had very long layers and asked for a trim and color, the girl butchered my hair and turned sand color into yellow. I had to go back because there was an inch of hair sticking out and my hair was so bright. After they tried to fix the cut, I came out with my hair about 4 inches shorter. They were rude because I complained. They tried to put a rinse on my hair to fix the color but it just made it worse. Finally after I started crying they did give me some of my money back. It was the worst experience I have had with a salon and it cost $175. I was not happy with the managers smart remarks either; "well we can't put the hair back."



Also part of their problem is they work on two clients at a time if they are busy, the lady who did mine probably got me confused with the other person and it took 2x as long to get out of there. The only nice thing I can say is they did offer me coffee-but that is it.
