Provided by YP.comI've been going to this business for over 5 years. I've never had any trouble with them or their service until this year. In fact, "Larry" runs home calls and is awesome! I had bought a custom made gaming computer and the motherboard died. I brought it to them for repair and was told it was warranty work. They sent it out for repair from the manufacturer and it was sent back, still broken. They tried to charge me $230+ for a new motherboard, because they did not want to dispute an RMA repair with the manufacturer. I said "No", it's under warranty, I'm not at fault here, send it back, I didn't authorize a repair for over $200+.". They send it back, and again it comes back unrepaired. They tell me I'm SOL and I have to fight with the manufacturer. Oh, hell no, I'm the consumer, and it's their place to fight for the RMA. I have a product, that's under warranty that they won't repair without charging me AGAIN for another motherboard. I can't believe after all these years that they would treat their customers like that. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (which I now see them as being rated an "F" because they don't solve or respond to complaints). Do yourself a favor, take your business somewhere else. Somewhere where they appreciate their long time customers. Through no fault of my own, I now have a dead computer, that's still under warranty because these bozos are too lazy (or imtimidated) to fight for their customers. Never again.

Provided by YP.comI had some work done on a laptop prior to Christmas. Although some applications could access the internet, Internet Explorer could not. I thought there might have been a glitch when some additional programs were loaded after the re-format and Operating System was re-loaded, so I tried a Restoration, which also wouldn't work. I needed to do some work for business, so I just grabbed another available computer and used that, which connected to the Internet with no problems, so it was the computer, not the connection or ISP. Because of the holidays, it was a couple of weeks before I could make it a priority to return to the shop, and I asked them to just do a fresh re-load. They wanted another $100 after I had paid them $200 for the first service, which didn't work properly. I just took my business down the street to the Computer Clinic, where the prices were more reasonable, and everything worked perfectly as soon as I got home. I would definitely recommend Computer Clinic at 1540 S Mason Rd as a better choice.
