I do not know if Shana Arnold works for this business or not, but if she does, BEWARE! She said she worked for The Folder Edge and scammed our small business out of $399. I was told the folders would take 3 months to arrive, well this was back in 2012 it is now 2015 and I have yet to receive diddly squat. People, do your homework! Do not let people like her take your hard earned money. I personally do not believe any positive reviews that may be associated in any way shape or form with Shana Arnold.

This company doesn't even deserve one star...but I'm forced to pick something! After much research I've found that they are also The Katy Shopper. I found out they also provide some kind of service for real estate companies where you pay money for advertising...

I've been trying to contact them to get a refund - I used my debit card and because it's been over three months I can't dispute it, unfortunately. I've done a little digging and found that the owner's of BMK Innovations also own a few other companies - They also own The Katy Shopper & Newport Skate Shop all located at the same address in Katy TX. All the phone numbers are disconnected except the one for Newport Skate Shop - The number for that company is (281)825-3842. Nothing will come of it I'm sure, but I just thought I'd share the info I have in the hopes that it might help someone else.

Our small business also was scammed in early 2012. Brooke Kovach and a Jessica from the Art department I spoke with during this scam! It is late June and still no signs of getting answerrs , I was told see the correspondence below :



June 6th

. I am not sure which Remax office you went to but the folders definitely were printed. They do not go to every Remax in Denver, but only the ones we work with and that request them.



Due to your dissatisfaction with the advertisement, I can remove you from all future prints. I will submit your information for refund. Unfortunately, it does take 7-10 days for checks to be issued. Because it goes through a merchant, there is no way to expedite it.

What a SCAM

Our struggling small business also was scammed in early 2012. Brooke Kovach and a Jessica from the Art department as well as Shana Arnold were all contacts that I spoke with during this scam! It is late May and still no signs of any presentation folders, as I have been in contact with the Owner of the office where they were supposed to go. Really great idea for a scam, but same end result--- you all will get yours, cuz inevitably that is how it goes. Just so you know, just to place this comment, I had to give you a star rating and apparently there is no zero start as an option. Believe me you don't even deserve one star!

I must say that I do not understand at all where those negative comments are coming from. This is my first time dealing with BMK and they presented me with the Remax Realty advertising folder and for $399 they did a wonderful job of creating a nice looking ad for me with exactly what I wanted on it and I really couldn't ask for much better service. Yes, the folder did take about 3 months to get to me once I paid for it but I was told this prior to putting any deposit down. I would definitely work with and recommend BMK in the future. COMPLETE SCAM. I WORK FOR REMAX AND NEVER RECEIVED THE FOLDERS AND GET EXCUSES AND THE RUN AROUND EVERY TIME I CALL.

i think my 400$ was a good deal. it does take a few months to get your folder becuase there are other companies on them but i have had 10 new jobs so far off it and would do it agian. they made me a new logo to and put it up on the internet

So far they appear to be a scam. I paid $399 to them for an ad that never came, that was four months ago and the Remax office in Norman Ok they said they were printing the folders for said they can't get a hold of any one and others have tried too and everyone, including me, has called several times always goes to voicemail, even if you trry to speak to "The

Opperator". Also looking on the web there is a lot of other companies in other states that hav e the same problem.

The general consensus is "Dont walk away from this company, RUN, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!

bought an ad on a remax folder in florida from BMK innovations people were nice and got a good amount of work from it.
