I have had a great experience with Katy Brookside. Just purchased a new tractor and spend extra for the quality, warranty, and service. Doug and his team have gone the extra mile with delivery, pickup for a warranty issue, and overall good service. Proud to be part of the John Deer Family!

Dealt with this location for a year and never saw a friendly face. Asked about a part one time and was told they didn't carry it. I asked if it could be ordered and they said yes (grudgingly). After waiting 3 weeks, I stopped by and inquired about it. After 5 minutes of pecking on the computer, a manager was called over and he went ballistic and said if I wanted the part, I'd have to pay shipping. I would have been happy to pay shipping had I been told initially, or treated with some respect. I left and have never been back. Started going to the Jersey Village location and have found them very friendly and helpful. Come to find out, their prices are substantially cheaper for the same items (nearly 20% in some cases). Apparently each Brookside location can charge whatever they want. You can bet I'll never go back to the Katy location!!
