Worst experience I have ever had with any business. I ordered and paid for a $300, three-tiered cake to be delivered for my birthday party. It never arrived; no phone call, no apology. I went in for a refund and was told to come back. The owner never apologized.

Cake Sweet Cake has extremely bad customer service. My experience from placing the cake order to picking up the cake was exceedingly bad. My cake was not what I ordered (style and color) and definitely not worth the money. I tried several times to communicate with the baker prior to the day of my event, but never received a returned call until 5 hours before the cake was to be ready. By then, it was too late to provide the personal touches I was promised. The cake itself was mediocre. I noticed the majority of my guests had eaten the cake, but left the hard fondant on their plates. If you are looking to support local businesses like I was, try another bakery in the Katy area.
