The facility had everything inviting for a daycare however the care my son @18mths was provided was below standards. He was there full time for only 5 days and he got a terrible scar on his bottom that exposed his skin which he NEVER had before. Most likely due to negligence of not changing him frequently. Management didn't seem concerned about the issue when approached. I pulled him out immediately. My initial deposit was not received when I requested considering he was there only 5 days. In further inquiry one of the employees told me she had her child there too and she pulled him out. If she was not present she was not going to leave him there, made me run quick..... For parents looking for good child care my advise - yes look at the facility and programs but don't let that pull you in, focus on how long the care givers have been with the specific facility the longer the better and appear anytime to observe how the kids are doing. It's not easy but trust your instincts.
