His computer guy is good, but loyd will tell you anything you want to hear to get what he wants BUYER BEWARE!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone i know. I am a senior citizen and will admit that i am VERY picky about who i do business with. I happened to see this store one day as i was in the parking lot to pick up my dry cleaning and decided to chance bringing my computer to them as i had a very bad and expensive experience with Best Buy and another computer store. These young men were very professional from the moment i walked in and offered to diagnose my computer at no charge. What the other computer place told me wasnt worth fixing and tried to sell me a new computer turned out to be a cheap and easy fix. Its been 3 months since they fixed my computer and i havent had any problems whatsoever. Since having my computer fixed i have also sent my granddaughter to them to fix her laptop. She called me and thanked me for reffering her to them because they remembered me and gave her a discount since she was my grandkid. I will return and am very glad to have come upon this place by chance.

Absolute worst service I have ever received! They were unable to fix my computer which is not the issue. The gentleman said that he left a message (after they had my computer for 6 weeks!!!) but we never received the message. When I told him this, he screamed, "I can't call you every 5 minutes. I have a job to do." I asked him to calm down, that wasn't really the issue. I just wanted to know how I could get my computer. He yelled at me and told me that I can't tell a 55 year old man to calm down. I shouldn't have been spoken to in that manner and will never take my computer to this location. I will tell every person to not go to this store. Worst service ever!

Very good and friendly family business with reasonable prices for services and little wait time. Extremely nice and courteous. Highly recommended.

I tried this company and to my surprise this was a very good experience. My laptop was fixed in 2 days and half the price that Best Buy Charged me.
