Upon entering, I wish I hadn't. The place is kind of ghetto, the two staff members that were there were unprofessional, and the haircut was ok at best. Their cutting technique needs serious work. I've never seen a stylist grab a bunch of hair from the back, comb it up into one hand and snip the ends. Voila, layers. They were also rough with my daughter. Tugging through tangles, jerking her head still, then blowing the dryer too close to her legs making her cry. I wish I read more reviews but most places had bad ones so I just tried one. I hope the next place is better or I'll have to learn to cut hair myself.

I took my daughter to this Salon upon a referral. The Salon is very cute it is designed for kids! The staff however are very unprofessional..my daughter had a few tangles in her hair (we were getting 9 inches cut off to have shoulder length style)..instead of spraying detangler on the tangles and working through this stylist gooped a bunch of conditioner on her head and then proceeded to tell me that this is how you get tangles out..well there was a lot of pulling and tugging and tears...my child wanted to leave...I took over the detangling and it was just a mess..the goop would not comb out...needless to say the stylist cut her hair and trimmed her bangs..then did not even wash the goop out but wanted to blow dry her hair with it in it..what a freaking mess!! Then rushed us out of the seat...once we paid the 17.00 we left..upon my daughters hair drying I noticed how un even it was and the bangs were just crooked!! I took her back then and there and the stylist snipped the bangs as stright as she could get them but did not touch the back..it was just a TERRIBLE hair cut....unprofeesional..not trained well and unfriendly...would not recommend to other's.

Being that I recently moved to the area, I was looking for a new barbershop for my son. The salon is cute and has alot to entertain and interact with Disney movies to video games however, the staff was not as friendly nor professional and when I specifically asked a stylist to do a clean line up (or an edge up as its known here in TX), the stylist didn't quite do that but rounded his hairline. I don't think I'll be going there but keeping an eye out to another babershop that may do a better job.
