I have been going to NHB Crossfit for over a year and it has changed me. I have never been so committed to a physical workout. I have been to the gym many times through out my life but I have never been so dedicated. It's the environment, the atmosphere, the people.....it's so awesome. Not sure what other word to use other than it's pure awesomeness is what it is. ;)
