I took my 4 boys here because they were reasonably priced. $7 Melody cut the first three and did an awesome job! She asked me to show her pictures in the many books they have and listened to what I said...... Then I guess it was time for her to leave. It was 6 pm but the door says they're open till 7. Melody was very nice and said would it be ok if another lady did my 6 year olds hair cut, I said "sure as long as its just like his brothers" she smiled and nodded and then left. Another woman named Mimi came out and butchered my littlest boys hair! I kept saying "not too short!" please don't take a lot off. She totally ignored me, acted like she couldn't hear me. Once one side was to the scalp I stopped protesting even tho his brothers kept saying to me "look what she's doing" I didn't want to make my 6 year old feel bad so I just paid and left. But the cut was uneven and exactly what I did NOT want!!!! Even my husband has said how horrible his hair looks. So sad because I loved Melody's work but I don't think we can go back there now.
