Provided by YP.comIn May 2018 I cancelled my membership to join another gym. Our auto payments were on a CC that we never used. We sat down with Eloy (sales mgr at FC), he helped us send our cancel request and email, then informed us that everything was complete and thanked us for our time at their gym. My mistake was trusting that everything was taken care of (like I was promised) and trusting that the company was honorable.
Fast forward to May 2019- In organizing finances, we checked that unused credit card and discovered that our membership was never cancelled and they continued charging us monthly and yearly fees, even though we hadn't stepped in the gym for a full year!
We called the gym, spoke with manager Daniella, who rudely informed us that she couldn't help at all and we had to call corporate. I called corporate for TWO WEEKS, every single day, multiple times a day. Left at least 15 voicemails, and even though their voicemail states, "if you call before 12pm, we will call you back same day. If after 12pm, we will call you in the next business day"- I never once received a call back. I cancelled my membership AGAIN, but was informed by email that I would be charged another $22.60 fee for the following month, because they need 30 day notice.
In attempts to avoid yet another $22 charge, I asked my credit card company for help. They blocked further payments to FC and refunded me 4 months, including the yearly fee (yay!), but I'm still out $300. On June 2nd (our FC payment always processes on the 1st), guess who called, trying to collect payment? Fitness connection corporate. It was an automated system saying "there is a problem with your account, please call corporate to resolve". I have received FIVE calls since then, borderline harassment. It took them not receiving money to pay any attention to me. I am hopeful this review will save someone else from experiencing this theft in the future.

Provided by YP.comThis gym is a joke!! Dont waste your time or your money. I signed up for personal training 3 times a week, when my trainer quit the GM was suppose to call me and set something up with another trainer. Two months later....no call back, although i have called everyday. I go in to speak to her...she is not there!! I call their corporate number..my pt number isn't registered so they cant help me. $380 a month still comes out my account because I "signed a contract" but i get no service. Then this month i was charged an additional $35 because their system didn't recognize my card number so it took the payment 3 days late...that's my late fee, they don't refund even though it's their fault!! Front desk is rude. Biggest mistake i have ever made!!
