I just moved to the area and I have heard wonderful things about this salon. It was a very friendly and professional atmosphere. The staff was courteous and listened to all of the concerns I expressed with my hair. The owner came over to introduce herself and she was very friendly as well. This is my new go to salon for now on. And I am in LOVE with my hair!!!

I scheduled for a take down, relaxer and a partial sew in but the experience was horrible.

1. I had a long wait due to my stylist styling a walk in and I had an appointment.
2. Stylist cut my real hair when doing the take down and didn't even say anything.
3. Burnt my entire head with the relaxer.
4. Stylist was constantly distracted by personal issues and visitors.

After my appointment I spoke with the owner about my experience and she apologized and offered my next service would be free. Keep in mind the entire conversation was via email. So 4 months later after I removed the install and had a break from weave I go to schedule and it should be free right...Wrong! The owner said that was only good for one month???Who in the world is gonna take their hair out that early? Basically she said I was out of luck because thats her policy, how am I supposed to know that when she didn't mention anything of the sort in her email...Please find another salon as they are super shady.
