If I could actually put LESS than 1 star I would!. This place. OMG...listen, run from this company..not walk but RUN. I had some issues with my pump (doggies chewed on wiring) and the pool turned green. Paid the owner, Ryan to come round and clean the pool , clear up the green and to see what is wrong. He sees that the wiring is chewed and offered to "replace" the 2 wires that may have been the culprit. So instead of just replacing the 2 wires with 2 new ones...he replaces one...and wraps the other?."cleans" pool....gives his stamp of approval & leaves (I was away on business)
Paid this joker 500.00.

I come home...cloudy cloudy pool...I get it tested...plenty of salt in it...yet no chlorine...come to find out he added chlorine but NO stabilizer...who does this?

I call him...he tried to text me to death until I had him finally get on the phone with me...who does this? He says its maybe the salt cell...so he will clean it...or maybe the boards in the pump...but we are doing a process of elimination...but there are no warning lights on the boards...I had to leave again for a week...he supposedly comes over, adds chlorine and stabilizer and cleans the salt cell on a monday...by Friday my cleaning lady said that the pool was still pretty cloudy...not sparkling at all (Ryan told me it was sparkling)

I return on Sunday...GREEN POOL.

When I contact him to inform him...he basically tells me that I can add some more chlorine and stabilizer and "figure out" what is wrong. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Consumer beware.

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE and unprofessional. At the beginning of May I paid over $700 to have my underwater light bulbs in the pool and the spa replaced with color LED ones. Two weeks after the repair I noticed that both lights flicker, and I informed Ryan about this issue. He didn't do anything about it.
At the beginning of June I noticed that both light fixtures were flooded. The lights were soon completely dead. I told Ryan again, and he said it was a manufacturing defect of the light bulbs and he will try to get them replaced under warranty. Maybe that was the case, maybe it wasn't, it is too late now to determine that. But what are the chances of two lights becoming flooded at the same time, flickering the same way and die at the same time? Too hard to believe it's just a coincidence.
Ryan never went to assess the issue. Any reliable contractor, as soon as a problem is reported, would at least take a look at the lights to see whats' going on, if there's anything that can be done. He did not do that. He did not want to touch it with a 10 ft pole.. He just concluded that the light bulbs are bad due to manufacturing issues, not his fault.
Almost two months passed, with no resolution. Eventually, after several requests, and after threats to report him to BBB and take him to the Small Claims Court, he dropped off two new bulbs in my driveway.
And that's not all.. I'm trying to keep this review short, but I could write a book about the bad experience I had with this contractor.
Just stay away from him.
