My hair was fantastically horrible. They did an extremely terrible job, they practically destroyed my hair; I came in for something as simple as highlights and somehow they’ve managed to mess that up. Even who I would expect to do the best job (The manager) did a horrendous job. The very next day I asked “What did you do with my hair?!?” and they gave me obvious lies and stated that “We did a good job; I don’t see what the problem is?” I had to cut off a couple of inches from my hair due to the fact that my hair was so damaged. They refused to give me a refund and suggested that I should return to the Salon a month from now. They have to be kidding right? Why would I ever return to such an awful place like that? I would highly not recommend that anybody comes to this salon. You’re much better off having your ten year old daughter doing your hair.

I found this nice NEW looking hair salon and tried it out. Well they did a HORRIBLE job or my perfect 3 year olds hair. Destroyed my hair. The hair was AT LEAST 3 inches uneven. I went back in and asked for my money back and they said they would fix it. I said NO WAY. They would not give me a refund!
