Provided by YP.comLOVE LOVE LOVE my new hair cut! LOVE LOVE LOVE Gina! She is the best!! I have cried for the past two years over my hair since my beautician moved. I must have gotten at least 6 hair cuts at salons across town and the end result was always the same thing...A Ponytail!! I randomly walked into Hair Zone about two months ago and was greeted by Gina. Before ever even washing my hair, I sat and talked with her for at least 15 min. I told her my complete hair history, everything I liked and didn't like how my hair is and what it does etc etc ect. She listened to EVERYTHING I said then she started talking and making recommendations. After agreeing and understanding each other, we proceeded. End result....NO Ponytail!! I have not had a ponytail in my hair for over two months now. I went back yesterday for my second haircut from Gina and once again... I LOVE IT!! It lays so nice and I could not be more pleased. I can't say it enough, I love my hair. Ask for Gina

Provided by YPmobileI went to this place by request of a friend and went to see the stylist she requested as well. When I walked in, I was slightly early hoping I'd get in and out. I rudely got the "wait a minute" finger. I almost walked out immediately after seeing the stylists and clientele. I was easily 25 years younger than everyone. One stylist had short poorly bleach and messily random spike-like curls gelled together. Not to mention her Peg Bundy pants and shoes with tattooed eyeliner. I was frightened. The woman who was to cut my hair also had Peg Bundy pants and shoes. She had an extremely tight yellow shirt on and dark lacy bra. Her hair was slightly better than the other stylist's. Neither one of them seemed to have very healthy hair. So I braved the shampoo and went with the cut. I have a bob- one of the easiest and most common haircuts since 1920. First of all, she wasn't going to stack the back at all. For a bob to flow and look good, it at least has to have a slight stack. I told her to please stack it. That was the only thing she listened to. I part my hair to the side and showed her where and how. Did she listen? Nope. Where was my part? Down the center. I told her I didn't want it to be poofy. Did she listen? Nope. I walked out of the salon with a head that looked like a mushroom. Ok, so my flat iron fixed the mushroom. I went to my boyfriend's house that weekend and noticed my hair was a little weird, so I wore it up or with my bangs bumped. When I saw my mom on Monday, I parted my hair naturally, and she noticed the weirdness of my hair. It was UNEVEN!!! The woman who said she'd been styling hair for 30 years couldn't even cut my hair evenly. I walked into a great clips next to the place my mom and I were eating and the woman cut my hair and made it good again. She did it all for free too. I was overjoyed. I would not recommend Hair Zone to a bald man. I typically judge places I go by the interior and how the stylists look. If everything is clean, I'm down. Hair Zone was not clean and the stylists were not well put together. Call me crazy but I don't trust hair dressers with bad hair.
