No inline payments??? It's 2013!!! Even though other Harris County districts allow you to pay your bill online, district 239 doesn't. for some reason. What are we, Amish? If you want to know what it was like in the 1870's, MUD #237 is the place to see.

Non main residential streets, must become curbs and sewers, with sidewalks and light poles. Non main residential streets intersecting each other, must have sidewalk ramps.

Gas pipelines in the utility dist where their's development, must be hike and bike trails. Sides of drainages where their's development, must be hike and bike trails going under bridges.
