Extremely satisfied with the experience and how they took care of my grandmother

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had in a dentist office. They refuse treatment if you do not sign that you understand "dentistry is not an exact science and that, reputable practitioners cannot guarantee results". Thus THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

I read a review about someone coming in for a root canal and leaving 4 hours later because the doctor took breaks to service other customers. i should have taken heed but did not and it happened to me too. The exact same thing! That is unacceptable. And then to top it off, one of the times that the doctor took a break mid root canal, the nurse started fumbling (literally) in my mouth with various utensils and doing more work than i have ever experienced a nurse/dental assistant doing. It got to the point where I had to stop her and ask what was going on and then the doctor reappeared because she heard me. The dentist was nice and comforting but their practice of servicing multiple people at once is horrible. This is not a salon!!!!!

Having broken a back molar on Thanksgiving Day and suffering 2 days in a great deal of pain, was I glad to find Jefferson Dental Clinics were open on Saturday! I was treated professionally and courteously and thought their prices were actually on the cheaper side. (X-rays and Extraction were only $135 cash). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, emergency or not!
