The Katy Heritage Society was established as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in 1979. From our offices in Katy Heritage Park and through outreach projects we are working to protect and preserve the historic resources of the Katy area for the use, education, enjoyment and economic benefit of present and future generations. The houses are open the first weekend of every month except August. Hours are 10-4 on Saturday and 1-4 on Sunday. We also open for special tours or events and someone is often at the park during the week, but not on a regular schedule.
