OUTSTANDING/EXECELLENT/all around ALL-STAR are just a few qualities Ms. Kathy of Katy Lake RV Resort and her team display and operate within. Ms. Kathy exemplifies and leads her team with the highest standards. A great team, is only as great as the leadership they operate under, set for their employees and deliver to their customers. This team is patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Ms. Kathy takes great pride in her property, customer service and workmanship. I'm brand new to RV living, and have alot of questions, and she has responded in the highest level of standards and brought some of my worries, and anxiety to rest. I'm greatful! I have pretty high standards, due to the profession I work in, so when seeking industry specific services/needs I consider and evaluate a multitude of factors. "Customer Service" is probably #1 or #2 besides "Quality". I value, respect and appreciate the level of customer service that I have received from Katy Lake RV Resort. Give them a try!
