Manta Ray Enterprises help me and my family get into a home when no one else would. Mrs. Matticks worked with us for over a month trying to find a home with 4 bedrooms and would take pets. We now can start working on getting our credit back in order, we would recommend MRE highly

I was in need of Property Management since I live in CA; I had a previous manager who leased my property at $1200 per month. Unfortunately, I never saw over $1034 per month for thee years. Plus, my previous manager would make repairs without my knowledge and subtract the amounts from my rent. Later to only find out, her husband was the handyman....Quit working with this company. One of my family members took her Investment Course and later her Property Management Course....Best money spent. The first year I received each month, $1300. The second year I received $1350. And now this year my rent is now $1500 per month with very little maintenance. My property gets a Home Evaluation every six months and this helps me know if my Tenants are destroying my house or not....The ONLY eviction I had was the initial Tenant that was still residing at my house when I switched management companies.....Property Management Companies will get a bad rap for collecting and making certain that rent is being paid, property is being maintained....but when someone gets evicted, they will be the first to complain. Every Tenant knows how much they owe per month. And every Tenant knows up front what they are responsible for and what the Landlord, myself, is responsible for....I have read all these comments that the company drains them of money....ONLY IF YOU ARE LATE WITH RENT, CREATED DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY AND HAVE ACCUMULATED COURT FEES DUE TO AN EVICTION.... I just can't agreed with some of the past comments. Pay your rent on time, maintain the property or report any issues to make certain that all requested repairs are taken care of as my house has receive good maintenance and tenants for the last few years. The change I made was and is 100% worth every penny and living so far away keeps me worry free. Thank you Ms. Matticks & Ms. Rene' for helping maintain my property in good standing in order to bring a higher rental income.

I took a course from Tisha. She comes across as competent, but when I contacted her to actually use her as a realtor, she never read the details of my email, did not take me seriously and never called back. The worst customer service I have received. I also recommended her to my doctor who called Tisha and never heard from her either. I Do not recommend Tisha Yvonne Matticks.
