Provided by YP.comA package of mine was delivered late by FedEx during the Christmas holidays. I had shipped the presents at this Pak Mail in Katy. The staff was very apologetic (although I know it wasn't there fault FedEx did not deliver the package on time). They confirmed my contact information and actually got me a refund from FedEx! It wasn't a huge deal as the presents still got there before christmas, but the staff seems to be dedicated to providing a good customer experience.
