Though I find Dr. Gibbs to be a wonderful caring doctor his office staff is the worst I've had to deal with. They are very rude and unorganized. We were even locked out of the office by them once, but today takes the cake. For no reason at all the office staff post-dated a regular daily RX for my son and the pharmacy, by law, cannot fill it until tomorrow and the office is now closed with no way to correct the problem. I have complained prior to this and was assured they had been spoken to and that I'm not the first to complain. Needless to say, my son will have to go a day without his medication due to the negligence of his office staff. I'm furious but also helpless.
