My friend and I visited this location on 2 occassions. We are both in our early 30s. On both occassions the owners were present and were extremely rude. They made comments that we shouldn't ask for so much paint because its too expensive and scolded us when we didn't use the paint quick enough and the paint dried. They made you feel guilty for asking for more paint and gave you rude looks, rolled their eyes or never would say thank you.



Both ladies were very rude and unfriendly. Both times our pottery had to be reglazed because there were too many bubbles or issues. My friend received her pottery with a huge chip on the bottom. The last time I came in to pick up my pottery one of the owners was on her cellphone and didn't bother to get off. I said thank you twice and she completely ignored me. She was very rude on the 3 occassions I have dealt with her. I believe she is the daughter of the owner.



There are too many other pottery places in Houston and Katy that I would not recommend this place at all. The owners are absolutely rude, unfriendly and not customer oriented. They do not have a large variety of ceramic pottery to choose from and their prices are expensive. Go to the Mad Potter or Glazed over instead. Much better service, your pottery always turns out perfect and the prices are not as expensive.
