I drive 17 miles every week to get the best deep massage I've ever had, and I've had experience with several others. Paula listens to me carefully and addresses my pain issues every time. I was recovering from spinal surgery when several other spine- and nerve-related issues kept coming up. I tried several other alternative therapies and finally got some relief when I started going to Paula for treatment. Her deep massages are more than that, as she uses several techniques to work on my pain problems. I always feel better the next day after she works on me.

I have known Paula for over 15 years. She is the best and most professional massage therapist I have known. She is healthy and energetic and knows how to treat the most stubborn tissues when they are causing pain and restriction of movement. I have sent her friends and family members and trust her to do the best job. Everyone I have sent has come away relaxed and revived! I highly recommend her for general massage as well as physical problems such as tight neck, shoulders, hips, and back. She will use hot rocks and reflexology unless you prefer not. Those are my favorite part of the treatment. I hate when its coming to an end.

I don't call Paula my massage therapist. The term, "Massage Therapist" doesn't do her justice. She is my pain therapist, as far as I'm concerned. She has fixed my lower back pain, and when I thought my rotator cuff was hopeless, she fixed that. She is always my first choice before a chiropractor or ortho-anything.
