John Rook keeps appoints, is always pleasant, knows what he's doing and shares his knowlege in detail. I appreciate knowing exactly what I am paying for and why.



Professionalism and integrity is exactly what I've experienced using Rook's AC.

The electrician came to my house and was very rude and very unprofessional. I wanted to have my units checked out and check my breakers and he was talking to me as if I was stupid. I called this company because they were in my neighborhood monthly newsletter and they had good credentials, but on his arrival he diagnosed the problem after only stepping in the door. I asked him to check the preaker box and his attitude was as if he did not like his job or just did not have respect for those that do not know anything about air Conditioning and that is why he has a job. After calling I found out that the person who came out was the "Owner". I was very shocked that this man has a business and treats customers as if they are stupid. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The only good experience I had with the company is the person who answers the phone. She was very professional and polite! Even after I made a complaint she apologized.
