told me it would take 3-5 days to repair my phone so i scheduled a business trip 7-8 days after. was told 7-8 days after it hadn't even arrived and some inaccurate information. delayed my flight 2.5 weeks as it was the only open affordable flight. fast forward 2.5 weeks later, my phone JUST arrived to apples warehouse / location and was approved for repair when they guaranteed i had my phone within 1 week and were telling me about overnight shipping, being reliable, etc. I was going to delay ANOTHER flight but decided to proceed to my business trip with no phone. Lost 2-3 $400+ web design & marketing clients due to not being able to communicate. my mother had to go pick it up and pay $90 to ship it to me overnight, as i was losing clients daily. received the phone, DID NOT ACTIVATE AND WAS TOLD I WAS GIVEN MY SIM CARD BACK WHEN I SAW THEM TAKE IT TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. After telling them 20 times that they were lying to my face and that they HAD to look or i would look into this BS with my lawyer, the very irresponsible assistant manager told me she found it, wow! they kept telling me to go to the verizon store and get a sim card and tell them i lost it so they could give me a free one. YOU LOST IT. 0/5. extremely unprofessional and hope I never have to deal with this location again. I couldn't run a business so unethical if i attempted to. Told everyone i know not to come close to this location, as your money is their game.
