Receptionist attack a Veteran patient verbally. Very aggressive and rude. Unprofessional NOT recommend this place. Actually is very empty because the costumer service is horrible...WE have a lot better doctors here at Katy.

Dr. Hadley stayed late to see a sick friend last Friday evening. My friend's symptoms were headache, high fever and lower abdomen pain. After a thorough exam, Dr. Hadley prescribed two medications that cost $28 to fill at a nearby Walgreen. My friend was much better the next morning and doing really well 24 hours after the visit to the doctor. If not for Dr. Hadley agreeing to see the patient after-hours, my friend would have been forced to visit a hospital emergency room. We guess that the cost of the treatment there would have been significantly higher, that we would have had to wait anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, and of course patient comfort would not have been nearly as great in the hospital as at home.

Doctor seems regimented and very routine - like he can't take his time with patients. Talks fast and uses boring examples. Leaves you wondering what he said sometimes.Office staff (manager) very non personal - no eye contact with clients - non accomodating. Seems mean to other staff in front of clients...argues with doctor in front of clients
