Zero Rating if possible. Worst place to live!

There were two severe shots during my stay there (little over 1 year). And people were shot to death!!!, and police came. But when residents went to leasing office to ask, they said they knew nothing... They treat people's safety as NOTHING.


Maintenance work orders were always delayed again and again. The staff in leasing office SEEM nice, BUT ACTUALLY NOT, AND VERY RUDE. They lie and cheat, and charge you whole amount of money when you move out! They simply COLLECT MONEY out of nowhere! AVOID this place! Otherwise you will know what it looks like very soon.

We have been here for two years and are well pleased with the staff. Rhonda and her team have always worked hard to make it a very plesent place to live. We have had to call the maintenace to do some repairs on the a/c and the responce was less then 2 hours. We had no cold air and he was able to get us back into service quickly. Armondo was friendly and made us feel that we were not a nuisance to him. The second time was when my kids hampster got loose and stuck in the wall. I was unable to get off work so I told my wife to give the after hours emergence line and contact maintenace. Once again it was Armondo to the rescue. He removed a section of the bathroom cabinet and coxed the little guy out of the wall. I can not speak well enough of the staff at Kingsland Ranch.
