The experience was good to begin with. Interested, caring, and engaged teachers

Since then, staffing changes have completely altered the environment.

We have been to a number of daycares due to frequent relocating. Our daughter has never been bitten or scratched as regularly as she is here or faced hygiene issues as severe. At least two times a week.

Once we were told she scratched her own face, this was unlike our daughter and only when pressed did the admins admit the teacher did not see her scratch herself and another child likely did. They blatantly lied until confronted! Onother occasions they simply did not report biting and we were only notified when we saw the bite marks.

Recently we were told her cup was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The amount of mold and debris we observed must have built up over weeks. This was the cup she drank out of everyday.

There are also now significant cleanliness issues. The facility nearly always smells strongly of feces.

If you want your children to be happy, safe, and healthy, do not send them here.
