Firstly I have to say that when someone is making an appointment for service it would be nice to respect customers time and have a technician available at the time I have schedule an appointment for. It has been a never ending story of me making an appointment and person requested not being available till 30 min later. One time I was asked to leave and comeback in 2 hours as the person I always receive service from was over booked. Regardless that I made appointment 2 days in advance and have planned my day to be somewhere else. Today I waited for 20 min to get pedicure and over 45 min to get a manicure when I have called to schedule an appointment in advance. It seems that the owner doesn't care about customer service as in the past an employee there allowed himself to yell at the customer and nothing have been done. It is not like there no other nail places , there are a few on every plaza, needless to say I will not be returning here again.

I have been coming here for 4 yrs & never had any issues, came in today @2pm and there were 5 people sitting around doing absolutely nothing, no one wanted to do my nails, 2 women actually fought about who should be the one to do it, the one that lost was not happy at all, didn't speak the entire time until it was time to pay. I felt so uncomfortable but didn't have time to find another place. This will be the last time I come here, I will be finding a new Salon today! I am so disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service!

I went there and they were so packed you could barely walk through there. I had my eyebrows waxed in a hallway...(no privacy)..and it felt as if she had ripped my eyes out.. No pride in there customer service... She never offered to pluck any fly away hairs or to put any soother on my brows.. She basically ripped them out and sent me on my way.. It left my eyebrows red and bumpy for well over a week... This place was horrible I will never go back again.. Ever!

I GOT MY NAILS DONE HERE,,N I REGRETED,, NO I DO NOT RECOMEND NO ONE HERE!!!! TRY ANGELIQUE NAIL N SPA ON FRY RD N MORTON...MR.HONG IS THE BEST IN THIS AREA!!SEE IT FOR YOURSELF LADIES N GENTLEMEN
