Wow! It's been more than 12 hrs and we still do not have water. The 24hr number gives a busy signal and the spring location doesn't open until 8! But what competition do they have? That's why they charge a fee to pay your bill online. They sure don't advertise the free option. So sad. Can we please have water run by intelligent folks... Kind of a big deal!

Who do you call when you have no water? You come home no water and no note left to tell you what is going on. This was last night. No one answers the phone number published after hours. So I will be late for work because I can not bathe me or the baby.
