Terrible customer service. Miriam should not be working front counter nor answering phones. She should not be the first point of contact when ealing into any business. Flat out rude. She was more concerned about her husband, who was eating at the restaurant than she was the customers.
Was given partial order and they do not want to right their wrongs. Tried contacting the general manager and have not received a response. Contacted the store on Mason Road, who offered much better customer service and received the operations managers phone number.

Disgusting restaurant - they l...

Disgusting restaurant - they leave boxes of raw chicken on the ground by their feet - served me UNCOOKED RAW chicken wings that my child was eating - refused to give me a refund after the lying incompetent girl told me i could bring my receipt in and get my money back. Waste of time - waste of money to eat undercooked disgusting chicken, overcooked fries - this restaurant is NASTY and so is their customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE. *MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS, DO NOT RISK EATING HERE*
