I have done business with Act1 Computer for 10+ years. Dan has always been honest and reliable in all of his dealings with reasonable prices for products and computer repairs. I highly recommend him for all your computer needs.

I feel so blessed to have found a computer guy that KNOWS what he's talking about when it comes to Laptop repair. Best Buy not only told me that it was my hard drive, but that I should just come in and buy another Laptop. Dan, fixed all that was wrong and guess what, there was NO PROBLEM with the hard drive. Thanks Dan, you were professional , a man of integrity and super duper quick with getting my Laptop back to me. Dan, my new computer/Laptop man.....I am so grateful.

They fixed my computer fast and it didn't cost near as much as taking it in to Dallas. Last time I went to Dallas, I had to wait a week and it still wasn't fixed. I got it back from ACT-1 Computer in two days and it was fixed right!

My computer got badly infected last week so I had to find somebody local that I could trust with all of my files. I took it to Act-1 Computer in Kaufman and met the owner, Dan, who made me feel confident that they could do the job without losing all my files. I got it back within two days and the cost was less than I thought plus it runs faster than it ever has. I recommend this small shop in Kaufman. Honest, friendly people and good work!
