Thanks Pete H. & ebntdn for your input on this company ! I was thinking about using them. Two friends have used this company and said they were good at what they do. I have checked out the company web sight and it has not been updated since 2015. They even have a coupon on it that expired on 9*10*2015. TODAYS DATE ; 8*30*2018 ......Now I will look else where........

This company is a class act !!! After having a few bids for foundation repair, I called this company for another quote. The son came out, inspected the home and gave me a quote. The son became bothered when I started asking questions about their fees and why the up charges. This company started off with excessive number of piers and then a fee for everything under the sun. When asked as to why all these additional fees that other companies were including them in their bid that was much less, the son became very angry because he was caught trying to take advantage. The son left, I called the company to let them know of the bad customer service. Received a modified quote in the mail today with an additional up charge of $1,000 and a stick-em note stating the owner is an A.. Hole.

Shortly after having the foundation on my home repaired we were having more problems than before. When they came out a second time, they left foundation in worse shape. The crew that came out the second time had no idea of the previous repairs. When their ‘boss” arrived, he didn’t either, and had the audacity to imply that the additional charge was a bargain, as they were doing some of the adjustments for free. Paid them an additional $1,700 to leave the house in worse condition than before.
