Provided by YP.comKens sold us a $400 snowsuit and when my husband put it on the stitching on the wrist cuff busted right out. Kens want us to pay for the shipping to have it repaired. They will not give us prepaid shipping or refund a portion of the purchase price to offset our inconvenience. They do not stand behind their products. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I do not recommend them.

Provided by YPmobileAbsolutely horrible, brought my bike in for inspection and took 4 weeks and persistent calls just for a quote before they even looked at my bike, false promises and zero communication or returned calls and still don't have bike back and it's been there for over 5 weeks. Very irritating and will never return
