We purchased a John Deere 1025 tractor three years ago and were told that they offer free pick up and delivery. In the three years we've had it they've offered this service twice to us which we were thankful. Now that our tractor is three years old they are charging us over $200 for pickup and delivery and didn't tell us there was a charge upon picking it up or include it in our repair quote. Total bill over $1300 for replacing mower gearbox. Rip off! We were warned not to buy from Heritage. Now we wish we would have listened.
