We spoke to them on the phone and in person on more than one occasion to make sure that we had the correct color of linens for my daughter's wedding. We discussed how we needed cobalt blue to match antique cobalt glass. We looked at samples of navy and sapphire and decided (in person with a sales associate) that navy was too dark and sapphire was too light. The sales associate told us that they had new cobalt blue linens that would be exactly right. The linens we received were a very bright greenish blue. They didn't go with any of the colors in the wedding. My daughter and I politely explained the mistake. However, the sales associates were rude and unhelpful. One decided to just tell us, "well, this is our cobalt blue." 1.) No, it isn't. You just messed up. 2.) You cannot just rename colors. I guess if you want subpar service, a lot of hassle, rude staff, and a good chance of messing things up, then this is the company for you. As for myself, my friends, and my family, we won't be using AAA for any event ever again.
