Used Kearney Floral online to order a plant for my sister over the weekend, but in the meantime, she was moved to another hospital. So I called Kearney Floral to put the order on hold, and they delivered to her home when she was released several days later.
The arrangement is absolutely gorgeous, and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you so much!

I called and spoke to Deb. She was very nice and helpful in my decision on flowers today. It was a 'hard' decision for me as the person we're sending them to is very ill, so wanted to get just the 'right' thing. Deb was patient...told me what flowers they did have (comparing to what was on their site) and what they could do. She took her time with me and didn't rush my decision. She was conscious of our budget as well. I would highly recommend due to the wonderful customer service alone! I know their flowers must be great as well!
