They are more concerned about their samples then their customers. It took them 3 weeks to get someone to come to our house to measure. Then they were calling us within a week of the measurements to know if we were going to buy from them. We had to wait for insurance money. The day we find out we have the money, they call us and say "Since you haven't made your decision yet, we need our samples back for other customers." We decided to go with Floor to Ceiling out of Grand Island, much better customer service.
