Provided by YP.comMidway ordered an extra fob for my 2014 Impala at my request. I had locked my keys in my car and knew if I had an extra fob in my purse this would not of been a problem. Received the fob in two days and was called to stop by so Midway could program the new one, took a minute and I was off doing my errands.
I also ordered mud flaps for my 2014 Impala and they arrived within 3 days, made an appointment and I had asked if I could see what the mud flaps would look like on my fenders before they installed them. They were happy to do so, checked them out and was happy with the looks of them so they were installed with 40 minutes which I had asked before hand if that was possible. They looked great. I am a happy customer.

Provided by YP.comLet me start off by saying that giving them 1 star is generous.
Midway is the worst place to buy a car. They do not stand behind their vehicles. I bought a used car on a Thursday at the end of January, 2012, the following Sat. the check engine light came on. On Monday I called and spoke to the manager. He told me that as soon as I drove the car off the lot, it was my resonsibility since it was an 'as is' car. Now, I'm not an unreasonable person, it was a used car and I paid $3000. for it (not alot, but still a chunk for alot of people) and I expected problems, but not within 2 days. Since Midway has been in business since the beginning of my memory I thought they make an effort to fix it. They didn't.
I took the car to my own mechanic the following week, the cause of the light was a clogged fuel filter. Cost me $150. probably would have cost Midway $25. for the part since their mechanics are already 'on the clock'. And I would have walked away a somewhat satisified customer for their effort.
While I was miffed about that, I was more miffed when my mechanic told me that during the dianostics a code for the transmission popped up. Turns out it has something to do with the pressure that helps the transmission shift. Found out the part itself is about $30., but it's labor intensive, so for me to have it fixed, we're talking $600-$700 dollars.
Maybe Midway didn't know about it you say? I think they did, as they provided a carfax report with the car. The very last entry on the carfax report, recorded by Midway themselves, was 'transmission checked'. Now, I guess their definition of checking the transmission is different than mine. To me, that means there is nothing wrong with it, I guess their definition is, 'it's still attached to the car' so I guess it's okay.
I ended up cutting my losses and junking the car and bought a used car from a different car lot. The salesman at this other car lot was terrific. It took a week to get the car because I drove it before they checked it out. Turned out it needed some work on it and they had to wait on the part, sure that added to the final price (the salesman had told me that in advance), but they shared the cost with me. I felt like a valued customer to them even though I spent less than $8000.
It will be a cold day in Hades before I buy another car from Midway.

Provided by YP.comI have a new Silverado. I love the truck but it got a knock in the motor at 7,000 miles. This happened 3 days before a fishing trip. Service department said they couldn't help me until the following monday. Had to borrow a family members vehicle for the trip.
Midway is constantly trying to better our business. We appreciate your input, our service department is always in high demand and as a repercussion sometimes have to schedule service farther out. We are working on expanding our service department to relieve these kinds of situations.
