11-23 I had a back surgery and filled my pain pill prescriptions at Walgreens in Kearney. We live 2 hours away in a small town, but I knew Walgreens had a mailing service and needed the pain medication for the ride home. I opened the pack 1 hour down the road and saw that they did NOT put the refills on that the Dr had ordered. At my next Dr's visit I questioned him on it. He said he had definitely put refills on. So I called on Tues. 6th. They were polite and corrected that mistake. They were to mail the pills to me THAT DAY. On Thurs. 8th I noticed my card STILL had not been charged with my scripts. I called and they said it had been placed in a wrong basket with a note over it. They said it would go out THAT day 8th and I would get them Friday 9th. I did not receive them. I have now been with out my pain medication for 2 days! If the medication had been mailed out TUESDAY when I was told it would be I would not be here in 16 days off back surgery in PAIN. Irresponsible Staff!!
