Do NOT move here. You will pay as much as you would for an apartment for rent each month to be harassed about your lawn and walks. If you're okay with that, read on. Rules only apply to certain residents. Others can complain, but when I've nicely complained, nothing has happened about neighbors' outside, noisy dogs, etc. The clincher: you can't have visitors without running the risk of them being towed. My girlfriend has been towed twice in 6 months. The most recent was when we called the office to let them know it was there. The shady towing service they use picked up the car after it had been parked for 4 hours on a weekend. $250. No arguments allowed! They just don't care.

Office is never open hours are 9 to 5 but no one is ever there in the mournings rules are not followed Park looks awful big dogs everywhere rules say 20 lb limit no pits or Dobermans or rotwhiler but pits are everywhere afraid to walk the streets loud parties all the time and mgt does nothing about anything only thing they care about is the rent bottom line could care less about residents
