Owner Jamie Paone is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever communicated with. He's in charge of invoicing and he price gouge by charging you by the pickup order and letting you find out later that's how they invoice. If you have separate p/u orders and picking up from the same location on the same day they will charge you per pick up the order. Normally carriers charge by the zone or weight/measure. How this company invoices its customer is highway robbery at its best! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CARRIER to anyone not even for them to pick up trash!!!
